97 Renault megane 1.6 sport dash display oil warning?

every time i start my car i get a dash display saying "00000 oil "and a little dipstick shows.
I regularly check the oil level, it is always fine.
Is this a service indicator warning, if so how can i reset it?

this isn't a warning but a level indicator...

ooooooo oil means full oil
ooo---- half oil
o------ low oil
