Machine came with house (not new) and we didn't find out that it didn't work for quite a long time. Too late to claim!
Main motor running OK but insufficient water(below stainless filter level) due to inlet valve non opening.
Solenoid operates OK on 240v after disconnecting from machine wiring.
Flood and waler level micro switches appear OK.
Controller (Pin3 from one end) Triac (controls water solenoid as best as I can make out) blown apart. I have replaced this with an exact component but still no luck.
NEFF don't want to know. Health and Safety etc!! Baah!!
Tried a reset but only started the cycle again.
If I fill the machine manually with water all works fine till next cycle.

Did you find a solution for this? I have a different model, but a very similar issue with the solenoid (same problem, but solenoid operation is intermittent ) It stops working, but give it a good wiggle and off it goes for a few more weeks.
