Hi There

Can anybody help me at all please....I recently purchased a Renault laguna 1999 V-Reg Manual 1.9dti and then the %th Gear kept jumping out. Is there a way to solve this via repair or do I need to replace the gearbox..?? If so where do I get the I.D. no.'s from on the gearbox as I have been told these box's are like gold dust and very hard to source...look forward to hearing anyone that can help...Thanks Paul

Perhaps it is all history now but I had exactly the same problem with the same car until fourth became a prob, then all the others and I limped home to an unimaginable noise! 2nd hand box cost a few hundred but now works fine. Other than that, the car's too good to scrap. Its a replacement box, from my experience
