UN PLUG THE MACHINE. WHILE HOLDING THE CANCEL BUTTON DOWN PLUG THE MACHINE BACK IN.
IF THAT DOES NOT WORK THEN REMOVE THE COVER FROM THE PAPER STORAGE AREA AND LOOK WHERE THE PAPER IS FED INTO THE MACHINE.
THE PP IS A PRINTER PROBLEM.
