go to www.accurist.co.uk
Click on After sales Service. When this has loaded, click on 'download' that appears in a small font at bottom centre of screen.
Study the instructions; if you can find a line that corresponds to your watch, right-click on the 'I' or 'T' or icon that appears on the right-hand side of that line.
For my £30 watch, all this got me was a copy of the unhelpful instructions packaged with my watch. I hope you get more out of it.
