I have no hot water coming through my shower, no electrical power?

There is no hot water coming through my electric shower and no lights are coming on to say there is any electrical power (one on pull cord and one on shower). My shower is a 'Florida Redring?' Please help. PS No Fuses tripped on my consumer unit either.

hi,
re check the breaker.sometimes a breaker can be tripped and looks as though it's not.force the breaker off before you turn it back on.

No Power Supply. Loose connection or else R.C.B.O cud allthough unlikely have a fault. Contact an Electrician r else if u feel competent enough and have probes. Check for voltage at pull chord supply cable and check connections. Extreme caution advised.

The one shot thermal trip on top of the heater tank is likely tripped. Cannot reset this, its a safety component. It has to be replaced with exactly the same part .. contact Redring to buy a replacement. First though check that the heater tank is not furred up with limescale, if you are hard water the flow may have reduced to such a low level and the tank overheated
If so it might be better to replace the shower.

if you have no lights, and the rcd has not tripped you must have a wire thats come loose in the pull cord.
