i have a Baumatic Selector fan oven when i went out it was cooking on a low heat but when i returned it was still on the setting i put it on but not working. I remember something in the hand book about the red arrow on the clock face had to be either in front or behind the hour setting i"ve tried both but nothing working and i"ve lost the hand book
