Starter motor Renault Trafic van?

How do I find and then replace the starter motor on a Renault Trafic van?

The starter is located at the back of the engine block. This is a difficult one, typical renault no room to work lol I see a 13mm nut, but no room to turn it, probably need special tools ? I'm giving it to the man down the town to do, give him the headache lol

hi i just done mine on a 2007 2.0 dci i had to take front end off and raditor coz its be hind it what a pain

2 ways. 1. get someone to turn engine over a look for the starter where all motion starts(kinda difficult) 2. look on the end of the engine where the flywheel is or crownwheel, around this somewhere should be the starter motor
