How can I fix my webcam.. its a samsung mpc-m10 cam?

I have a Samsung mpc-m10 webcam.. it used to work fine.. but now my pc doesnt detect it. I tried reinstalling the drivers. I even reinstalled windows XP.. i tried reinsertin the plug.. but it didnt help.. Please help me out..
