How do I fix my hotpoint fridge freezer? MistralModel No.FF92PR?

I have a hotpoint mistral fridge freezer the freezer part is icing up the fridge part is not staying cool unless I defrost the freezer I notice you recomend a thermistor evaporator how easy is it to fit?& where is it situated?

You have taken off the bottom piece of plastic and cleaned the dust out? That worked a treat for me, it came back to life shortly after that.
