i changed the time but when i press mode again it goes back to the same time it was before and the previous day... how do i stop that from happening?

Time Adjusting:In "Normal Time Display Mode", press "M" 3 times to enter into "Time Adjust State", the Seconds value blinks, press "S" to adjust seconds value; press "R" button, the Minutes value blinks, press"S" to adjust minute value; then press "R" and "S" respectively to adjust the hour value, date, month, and press "M"to back to normal mode.
