accenta house alarm troubleshooting?

how do i get my accenta alarm out of lock down ? i,d put the wrong code in by mistake 2, and when i entered correct code alarm still went off tried reset 0123 etc but still won't reset

Hi Pat, can you tell me if your system went into full alarm ie. did the outdoor sounder activate or was it just the internal sounder that triggered ?
