if the feet arent moving you have a lever beside your bobbin case it needs to be all the way up and your tention control on the side of your machine will also affect your feet from moving try moving it to 3 and then they should work.as for setting the timing you have a set screw along your needle shaft open the casing where u thread your machine look along the shaft then locate the set screw,once locateded manually turn your machine to its lowest point once the set screw released and machine is to its lowest point pull your bobbin and case out leave your hook inside your casing all else needs to be removed pull your needle up until the bottom part of the eye in your needle is just below the hook when this is done make sure not to move the needle then tighten set screw,then put your machine back together then rethread and begin to sew this whole process is how to set timing,but it needs to be done with factory size needle.

What exactly do you mean when you say the feet are not working, the feed has nothing to do with the timing, can you give me more information about what the machine is exactlydoing.
