Hotpoint WD62 washer dryer issue?

Hi I have recently moved into a flat with a Hotpoint WD62 washer drier. When using the dryer I am finding there is a lot more fluff than expected coming out, and when drying two pairs of jeans they came out wetter than they started!!

Could this be me using the system wrong or a fault that could and should be looked into, any help is welcome as I have no user manual for this product.

Perfect thanks for that. Is there anything I can do on this to fix it? or would I need to call someone in? I have no experience with washer dryers or plumbing in general.

Re wd62 Your problem is an intermitant water outlet pump .It job is to pump the condenced water out when you dry (it drys the cloaths with sream)the water is then pumped out through the grey outlet pipe if does not pump out the drum will fill with condensation and will wet the jeans moore The pump apears to work ok on spin because it is only switched on for a few minutes but when it on the dry cycle its switced on all the time and it overheats and cuts off then comes on again then cuts off etc The fluff build up is because the pump gets rid of the fluff out of the outlet grey pipe and its not doing that
