i have a aquatronic shower in the place i have just moved in.the shower works,but their is no hot coming through.when i pull the cord the red light does not come on.how do i solve this

First of all check your fuse box to make sure the fuse hasnt tripped if it has then flick it back up to test but if the fuse doesnt stay up & keeps tripping then theres a problem with either the pull cord switch that powers the shower up or a problem with the shower itself,Remember the electric to a shower is very dangerous the same as any electricity so take care & if in doubt call an electrician or plumber to have a look at it for you.

Hi it could mean you have no mains power to the shower unit check the fuse box as the red light should come on, hope that helps
