Try any or all of the following:
1.Remove the condenser/filter from the bottom left side of the machine, and wearing rubber gloves reach to the back of where the condenser/filter slots in and clean out the fluff build up from there (unplug from mains first).
2.Rinse out the condenser/filter and leave to air dry (it only takes about 30-40 minutes).
3.Use a hoover to clean the air vent which is to the right of the condenser/filter, and also to clean any fluff build up behind the machine.
4.Check that the heat button is set to the correct position - pushed in is hot and out is not!
