When was the last time you had the aircon system serviced / regassed?
When was the last time you used the aircon?
Might just need some attention from an aircon specialist.
If the gas level in the system drops to a certain point a safety switch cuts in to stop expensive damage to the aircon system, you might find it just needs the aircon system servicing / regassing.
