How can I fix my Kelvinator by Fisher & Paykel Dualcare Dryer Model AD50-K?

The dryer had some ball bearings in my washing, have got a bearing kit and I am a cancer patient and cant afford to have it repaired, so my neighbour has said he would repair it for me and I need instructions on how to replace the bearings. Apart from this the dryer is functioning OK and I dont want to replace it. Your help in this situation would be greatly appreciated. The Serial No: AD23036

I have replaced the same thing on my dryer, its pretty simple, all you need is a srew driver.first you need to take the top and back panel off[making sure you have disconnected it first]then you need undo the bolt that hold the barrel to the element then unsrew the element.BUT BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ALWAYS TAKE SPECIAL NOTE OF HOW IT ALL COME APART BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO QUESSING HOW IT GOES BACK TOGETHER.Then unsrew the worn out piece and replace it.it should be pretty straight forward.Just remember about take note of how it came apart.I hope your neighbour can get it sortrd for you, good luck
