My homelite trimmer runs at half choke only. Help?

I cleaned the carb and remixed the fuel. What else can I do?

I had a similar problem. My TroyBilt would only run on full choke. It turned out that the bolts that hold the cylinder to the crankcase were loose letting in air and leaking fuel. I tightened these bolts and it start right up and ran perfectly.
