How can i fix my noisy transit?

my 2.5 transit is making a lot of noise lossing power and stinks dont think its bottom end or top seems like its starving of fuel or air

Well it sounds like your fuel injector pump! If the engine has begun to run rough and loose power then thats what id expect it to be, or another engine fault! Book it in to a ford garage, they"ll be able to run a diagnostic on it for you.
