it sounds to me like its already been partly de-restricted bt if u look up on the internet it will tell you in more detail,try buying an after-market exhaust for it as the original exhaust' hole where it connects to the engine will be smaller and hence restrict the air flow frm engine to exhaust reducing the overall potential power.bt on top of this the internet will give u tips to customise and replace certain stock engine parts to gain more speed.
