how can i fix my boiler?

My valiant boiler is showing a fault code of f24 and i dont know how to fill up the boiler as i believe the pressure has dropped.

The filling loop is located underneath the boiler . the valve(s) will have small handles or may be screwdriver operated. top up system to just over 1 bar.
