my rads get hot but not my water?

until this weekend my valiant boiler was working fine but now the flame to heat the water isnt kicking in when i open the tap, the flame kicks in fine when i want my radiators on.can anyone please help?

It is usually the Diverter Valve which needs replaced, especially if it is a Vaillant Turbomax .
