Simpson Maxidry?

I have this Simpson Maxidry 1200p clothes dryer which blows only cold air. The Heater element was blown so i changed it to a new one. But this still didnt solve the problem. does anyone have any suggestions as to how it could be solved or what could be wrong with it.
Any suggestions would be helpfull.
Many Thanks

It might possibly be the thermal cutout fuses...there are normally 2 of them, they might be blown especially if there was a large build-up of fluff in the dryer as the fluff overheats rather easily. If you do a search on Thermal fuses, you should be able to test them, and find out if they are blown.
