Hello Anne,
If the belt is coming off all the time then the drum wheel may be slightly twisted, easiest way to find out is to take the belt off and spin the wheel quickly and look to see if it is running run evenly,DO NOT GO INSIDE THE MACHINE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS THE PLUG IS OUT.
