i have free outgoing calls on an internet through orange
1 outgoing calls are free
2 incoming calls are an 0845 number but i also have an std number

what do i need to combine the 2 on one phone or does it do it through the modem i do hope this makes sense

You can't. Just give people your BT number and use the Orange system for outgoing.
