head gasket problems on renault megane?

Hi, i have a renault megane 1390cc R reg. i have just replaced the head gasket, got it running, but it is still pumping out blue smoke? and gets worse the hotter it gets?????? does anyone have an idea of what i can do next? please help.

Blue smoke usually indicates you are burning oil. If your car has done a lot of miles or you are lacking performance, you should get a compression test done. If your compression is down, then you may have worn piston rings, this will make your engine smoke.
