how do i start my self-cleaning oven?

My landlord replaced my stove with a used moffat maitre d 300 self-cleaning oven. I was not given any instructions on how to operate the self-cleaning option. Can somebody help. thank-you

The usual way to "clean" a self cleaning oven is to switch it to maximum heat for a while (when it is empty of course)
