the same thing has happened to me i have a silver bullet and it was great i'd reccomend it but it had an electrical surge but with sparks!! and i don't know where to get it fixed i live in melbourne!!! please help if you know of anyone who can repair it!! i'm begging i don't really want spend another 230 on a new hairstraightner when my is in perfect condition on the outside!! or if you can fix it and would like to buy it just let me know you can contact me at wetkisses@hotmail.com regards rit
