engine strugles to start,some time wont. ive replaced pre heater unit,stop start solinoid change all filters,plus new battery really stressfull

I had the same problem with my missus 306 1.9 diesel, it could be the starter motor, as these are known to get lazy and slow, making starting very hard. I use eurocarparts or gfs both have websites as I find Peugeot garages a rip off.
