vauxhall astra seat belt jam?

I put the rear seatdown to load some cargo and the center shoulder seat belt has locked up. I am unable to put the rear seat back up. Whats the trick to fixing this problem?

Hi,
Unbolt the belt anchor point to allow slack, this should allow the belt to reel in a bit more and unstick itself
