How do I replace the washer pump on a Peugeot 206?

Washer pump appear to be broken. How do I replace it??
Lorraine, February 2005
To get to the pump you need to remove the wheel arch lining.
To do this.
Jack the car up on the drivers side (usual precautions apply - see the driver's handbook)
Remove the wheel.

that's the easy bit done.
Noe remove the wheel arch liner. These are held in mostly with snap fittings (some cars have screws and bolts as well). With a small screwdriver or a blunted nail or similar you can push the centre of the snap fittings out. But watch out - if you lose the centre, you'll need to replace it. Small wallplugs are a make-do until you can get the proper bit.

With all the snap fittings, and bolts. screws removed you can remove the liner.

You should now be able to get to the pump.
