indesit BAN 12NFUK FROST FREE FRIDGE/FREEZER?

The fridge compartment is not cooling at all but the freezer compartment is working fine. Compressor seems to be coming on and off light in firge working but not fan and not cooling. What is wrong it is only 14 months old?
