the fabric softener will not flow down in to the cycle

I have the same problem my machine is a bosch WFL2860 Maxx. And i have already tried cleaning the draw but it still wont work any help would be great.

Remove the draw from the front of the machine, there should be a catch on the draw to stop you pulling it fully out. You will have to overcome this catch to remove the draw.

Then give the draw a good clean in the sink, check that the hole on the underside of the draw is clear of gunk.

Replace the draw and give it a test.
