take the old belt and buy a replacement. then you need to remove the back panels from the machine. there is a half moon spring clip holding the drum spindle in place- remove this and the secondary belt that drives the fan
when everything is dismantled the belt just slips over the drum and goes around the motor drive spindle passing over plastic tension wheel - you can press the motor drive spindle down to release tension so you can put the dive belt on.
