If it is the reset botton then you need to replace it. it is a thermal overload for the power nozzel motor. but you need to see if the motor is good, if you are getting power at the end of your hose. and power thru your plastic wands. it can be very dangerous to mess with electric. I suggest that you call an Electrolux sales ofice and ask for a free check up on your machine.
