Hotpoint CTD00 - broken belt?

The drum isn't going round so I assume belt is broken. Does anyone know how to access it to check and how to replace it? I don't want to give Hotpoint yet another gbp90 to fix it!

Thanks Peter,
I managed to opend it up & also found the belt to be fine. I think I need to get it fixed or rather, time to get a new one - noone seems to have a good word for this model!

Mine went too, the belt was fine, I opened it up (I am experienced). I was able to turn it on and turn the drum, then it would roll. I spotted a capcitor near the motor, I think maybe it helps it overcome the initial inertia/force needed to start spinning.
Once it stops and trys to go into return action it stops working again and just makes noise.
Also in the heater section there are 2 safety overheat sensors, since mine stopped turning no air was blowing in and one of these has triggered, there is no manual reset, it must be replaced.
