hi all, i've tried my hardest to sort it out but it wont go away, when my bike is cold - coldish it will pull away quite fast, but when its at normal operating temperature it wont,it'll pull slow but after 5-8 feet it drives fine until i stop and have to pull away again, its almost as if your trying to pull away in 3rd gear in a car. ive changed :

Piston, rings and small end bearing
changed the variator
fitted race clutch
up jetted carb (professionally done)
Gianelli exhaust
NEW automatic choke.

any advice would be appreciated thanks

hello i have a 2002 piaggio nrg and i have replaced the vacum for the fule and i have got new : piston,rings,bore,carb,rad, and it still wont start and i have a spark i dont know what to so now can anyone help me

you need to change your clutch rollers to the correct wait for you my zip sp does exactly the same. hope this is an ok answere for you :)

how long are you riding it until it does this? it could be your clutch getting too hot, you can buy vented cluch bells or you can drill holes in the casings to cool the clutch.
