Please remove plug first !!!!!!
Hi remove back cover and there is 2 thermostats one with a green dot on normally the left feel underneath and you will see that it has tripped in so take the one screw out disconnect the two wires and then so metal part hits the floor throw onto a hard floor/surface and when you feel underneath now the stat should be clicked out put back together and it will work

90% of the time it is a fuse or the heating element. If there is somewhere on the machine like a small hatch for a fuse check that first. If no fuse then you have to pull out the drier from the wall and take off the exhaust hose.Usually held on with a clamp of some sort.If the hose is stuffed full with lint the drier can't do its job and it is a serious fire hazard.Look at the back of the drier and you will see a half dozen or so screws holding the back on.Probably 5/16 or a straight screwdriver.Unplug machine ! Take out screw and look inside and you should see a heating coil it will normally look like coiled wire and is held up by ceramic or something to keep it off the steel. You may see that it is burnt out by some scorching or something on the surrounding area.If no visible signs take an ohmeter and connect it to each end of coil.If you get no reading there is a break in the coil and you need a new one(35$ or so).If you get a reading you need to get someone smarter than me to test your thermostat or switch.Good Luck.
