Problem with Electrolux built-in oven E0B5630 model?

I have an electrolux electric built - in oven ( model as above) which is around 18mths old and at present works for around 30 mins cooking using the assisted fan element, then unexpectedly just turns itself off. We dont use the timer so, this shouldnt happen, if we leave the oven to cool down it can sometimes then work again for another 30 mins.

A similar problem exists with the top heating element, except it will only work for 15 - 20 mins on average, when used a as grill

As both appear to be working fine when first turned on it seems to me as if there is some temperature / thermostat control within the oven that cuts in after a period. Could this be the case.

Does anybody know how much they charge for fixing the cut out switch on the thermostat?

Should this not be covered by some kind of warranty if its a design fault?

I have the Electrolux EOB6632K and it was switching itself off after about 2o mins for no reason and would only come back on once cooled down. I bought a new thermostat for 25 euro and was told it was easy to fit! Turns out it wasn't! The control panel is GLUED to the metal panel where the thermostat is connected, meaning I couldn't get to the screws to take out the old thermostat. had to get technician to do it & REGLUE it for another 50 Euro. About to connect it now & hope it was worth the hassle!!

It's the cut out switch on the thermostat. We just had ours fixed. It took 10 mins.

We have the same problem with our built in oven EOB5630. I have just sent an email to Electrolux to ask if this is a design fault. Will let you know what they say.
