my washing machine wont stop filling?

I have a hover premier 570 washing machine
it wont stop filling up
i have moved the hose
turned it off for 24 hours
it will spin and drain but wont wash

(the bit that controls the water?)
cuz i have done that opened it blew thro it
and the otcome is still over filling

well i have just done that
and the washing machine is filling as we speak

You need to open the control panel on top (with power off) you will see a rubber tube attached to what looks like a small drum.
Gently pry off the tube from its plastic mount and blow down it to remove whatever it is thats blocking it.
reassemble and it should then work fine.
