I'm changing all the locks on my 1999 ford escort 55 van with a full new set including new keys. what do i need to do with the ignition barrel in regards to re-coding the keys?

Insert Key. Turn to on position. Look under key switch for a small hole. Use a key punch or other small instrument to press in the release button. Once the button is pushed in, you can Pull the switch out. Take the removed assembly to the dealer or a well stocked keysmith. If you have lost the keys or the assembly is damaged then call a pro.
