you have to loosen the nut and bolt under the seat and pull on the back bumper and the front bumper simultaneously to STRETCH out the frame! tighten the bolt back up. if you make it too tight the blade won't disengage when you turn it off! be very careful. do not put your hand in or under the mower deck while the blade is running
