my ford ka is blowing out cold air from the heater?

my for ka R reg is blowing cold air from the heater, but it isnt the valve or the electrics, what else can it be?

Usually caused by the engine coolant thermostat stuck open. Check the engine temperate gauge on the dash. If it doesn't ever reach working temperature - that's your problem.
