my hoover 1900w cuts the power out after a few mins of use if i leave it to cool down it starts up and works fine for a short while then cuts out ?

this hoover 1900w is the crappest thing i have ever bought...the reason it is cutting out (in reply to above) is that the filters gets clogged up after every use and cause the motor to overheat.....therefore you have to clean the filters after each use which is the most annoying. i have tried washing them to get rid of every last speckle of dirt but noooooooo it is still unable to go once around our quite clean house without the need to open up the filter and clean it over the bin which then needs to be hoovered around because of dust escaping-its infuriating

If you do not pull the power cord all out, it effectively forms a coil. It will rapidly heat, and cause the fuse to cut power. (As it is supposed to do)
So: be sure to pull the powercord all the way out each time. (A white peace of tape should appear on the cord)
