we bought a couple of months ago a hotpoint aquarius ctd00 condenser dryer, and my wife has been complaining that eg it takes twice as long to dry anything, and even when you get the items out they still dont feel totally bone dry like they used to in our old creda reversair,
that was 10 years old and vented out the window.
should this be like this?
is there a problem?
what would the manufacturers say?

have you cleaned the condensor and filter and checked the seal around the door for fluff etc. I have to admit, the condensor is awkward to clean. Mine condensor unit doesnt come apart so only a thing gap to get hand in.
We still have a proble quite ofter like this last person whereas it doesnt dry properly.
