I am having difficulty in removing the fan to replace the heating element in my Neff oven - do I ned brute strength or a special tool??

you only need to remove three screws at the back of the oven holding the fan. This loosens the fan enough to remove the top screw holding the element. The four other screws holding the element are easy to remove but don't forget to pull off the two connections attached to the right hand side of the element when looking at the back of the oven(check out Fixya.com with full instructions). However we have replaced ours but the fan keeps catching on the top screw can anyone help me?
