the switch in my washing machine , an indesit wg1130tpg allows the water to just keep going in and i need a new one or need to know how to repair this one, can you help

hi the switch is under the lid its a small white or black round switch which has a small air tube fitted to it.
If this has had water in it it will need replacing.
in the bottom of the machine there is a unit that might be blocked follow the tube from the switch remove the unit clean it and put it back in.
if this is blocked it will keep filling up or overfill.
