I assume that you are missing the drivers for the printer and suggest the following -
1) go to the Lexmark website - www.lexmark.co.uk
2) on the first page click on "drivers and downloads" at the page top
3) on the next page click on "printer drivers" on the left of the page
4)on the next page click on "All in one printers" and select X1150 from the list
5)select and click on the operating system fro your computer - probably Windoes XP or Windows Vista
6) on the next page a file name "????1100EN.exe" will be highlighted at the bottom of the page - click on this file name. The ???? actual letters will depend on your operating system.
7) on the next page click on Download now and choose "Save this file and select a directory for the file to be saved in on your computer.
8) when the download is complete, find the file on your computer and click on the file name to run the file.
9) follow the instructions on the screen.
10) Before running the file I suggest that you, before leaving the Lexmark website, click on Publications on the left of the webpage.
11) select the X1150 printer from the All in one drop down list.
12) on the next page - if you do not have the Set up Sheet or the Users Guide then select them for download to your computer.
