Looking at front of your washer bottom right hand side there is a flap and behind this is your filter put a couple of towels on the floor in case there is still alot of water inside and turn anticlock wise and then pull out clean filter, replace and try again. Other soultions is check where the grey hose at rear empties out to for any blockages.
